A novel adaptive current source gate driver for high voltage SiC MOSFETs
Gard Lyng Rødal will present the workings of the proposed driver. The driver is capable of independently control di/dt, dv/dt and turn-on/off delay times by utilizing a current source driving concept together with a dual current injection/sinking scheme. The driver is verified experimentally with preliminary experimental results to be presented.
